Frequently Asked Questions

How do I post a listing? Sign in, tap the "+" button, add photos, a title, description, and category, then publish. Your listing will be visible to buyers in your area immediately.

How do I contact a seller? Tap any listing and use the message button to start a conversation directly with the seller.

Is there a fee to buy or sell? No. Fold is free to use. We don't process payments — buyers and sellers meet in person and handle transactions themselves.

How do I mark an item as sold? Open your listing, tap "Edit", and mark it as sold. It will no longer appear in search results.

How do I report a listing or user? Tap the flag icon on any listing or profile to report it to our moderation team. We review all reports manually.

How do I delete my account? Email us at joinfold.app@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and we'll take care of it within 2 business days.
